What the tracker saves

When you use the manual tracker, it can save your selected target, condition observations, manual capture marks and their dates in this browser’s local storage. It also keeps schema, release and rule-revision identifiers to avoid silently treating old records as current.

Records are stored under a dedicated companion namespace. They are local to this site and browser profile, and are separate from the original game’s save. They do not automatically sync across browsers or devices.

What it does not connect to

The tracker does not read your game account, inspect a game save or send your manual entries to the original game or a companion backend. It does not verify encounters, captures or challenge counters.

The companion itself includes no analytics integration, advertising scripts or tracking pixels. The site host may process standard connection information when serving a page; that is separate from the local progress record.

When local storage is unavailable

If the browser blocks storage or a save fails, the tracker reports that records are in memory only. Those changes will not survive closing or reloading the page. Private browsing and browser cleanup can also remove local records.

If a saved record cannot be validated or belongs to a newer format, it is not silently overwritten. Changed rules may need to be checked again before a newer snapshot is saved.

Resetting your records

The tracker’s reset control removes only its own namespaced manual-progress record. It does not clear all browser storage and cannot reset the original game’s account or save.

Only use reset when you want to remove these companion notes. It is not a troubleshooting step for the original game.

External links, in-page play and version labels

Choosing Load original game contacts pokebonk.com inside an iframe. That site receives normal connection information and applies its own policies. The companion cannot inspect the game’s cross-origin account or storage. Browser restrictions may isolate or block embedded storage; do not assume progress carries over from a direct visit. The companion does not add a sandbox restriction to the original game. Your browser and the original site still control popups, downloads and sign-in; open the original site if those features do not work here.

Original-game and source links lead to another site, where that site’s own policies apply. External links do not include your manual tracker entries.

Version and review dates are an editorial snapshot. This site does not keep a live connection open to check the game’s current version. See sources and evidence for the exact review boundary.
