Trying to learn or upgrade this move?
For a new move, check your partner, level, free slot and eligible sources. A shared League kit has type and membership requirements; a listed kit alone does not guarantee an offer.
For a learned move, a full loadout does not by itself block upgrades. Check Banish and the configured level-8 cap before treating a missing upgrade as a bug.
Follow the move-learning checks →Rules inspected in client build mvdmwnj4; no offer sequence was playtested.
What the record does not establish
Paralysis is a chance effect in the definition. Move support does not mean every character can learn it, and no attack-speed or damage ranking is claimed.
No live damage calculator or measured cooldown is provided. The in-game card and current run state take precedence over this preview.
