Try the original address
Editorial suggestion: open the original game directly using the verified link. A companion page loading successfully does not establish that the game has loaded or that a run was saved.
The research browser could not start the game because WebGL was disabled. That is a limitation of that test environment, not evidence that your browser or device is unsupported.
Protect existing progress
Do not begin by clearing site storage or resetting an account. Those actions may remove local information you want to keep. Check the original game’s own account and recovery options before taking destructive steps.
The developer’s version 0.6.3 notes describe changes to recovered-run handling. A published fix note is not an independent guarantee that every interrupted run will recover.
Missing results, a changed Guest session or a lost position?
If a run ended but its rewards are missing, check the result and account records in the same browser session. Write down the run time, mode, region and partner before trying recovery options.
If your collection looks different after returning as a Guest, first check that you are using the same browser profile and account or Guest session. Do not sign out, reset, or clear storage as a diagnostic shortcut.
Recovering a run result is not the same as resuming at the exact position where you stopped. The v0.6.3 recovery note and v0.6.1 Guest-progress note describe developer fixes; neither confirms that your individual result was restored.
Separate loading failure from a problem during a run
Note whether the issue happens on the home screen, while loading, or after play has started. A white screen, low frame rate, attack effects hiding the action and unresponsive controls need different reports.
If the game remains usable, change only one relevant graphics or visibility setting at a time, note its original value and compare the same scene. Avoid repeated reloads during a run when progress is at risk. This is a cautious diagnostic suggestion, not a verified mobile fix.
Check input without changing your save
Editorial suggestion: focus the game and review its key bindings. The checked defaults may differ from your saved bindings. If a key does not behave as expected, verify the in-game setting before remapping anything.
For a useful issue report, note the game version shown, browser and device, and the exact step that failed. Do not include passwords, access tokens or private save data.
